problems viewing my tree - AGAIN !!

HI is anyone else having problems with their tree. every time i click on ' my family tree ' nothing happens and after several attempts the site closes down , i have emailed gr but no reply thanks linda x

thanks gillian i have tried pressing control and f5 but then the whole site closed down love linda x

i can access it by going on to someone who is in my shard trees and then clicking old tree and it takes me back to my tree !!
