If you ring up the reference library of the area in question, many of the library staff will do a look up for you. You need an address though, as electoral registers are not in alphabetical order of names. Kath. x

You can access the electoral registers, you just have to travel to the area in question.

Unfortunately you won't find historic ones online, only the last few years. They are usually held at the Records Office or Large Library of the area in question. Sam x
