I have contacted 2 people recently and got a reply from one no problem, haven't heard from the other. Perhaps they no longer use the site and haven't removed their tree or have changed email address? Would think contacting ancestry would be best option. They were really helpful when I rang about subscriptions. Sorry can't be of more help Dawn |
