Is it me or are there problems with Genes???? For a few days when I get a message and click on Messages to read it I have to scroll down the page to get to the messages. Also another problem when I click on Shared Trees under Family Tree section on the left of the screen, it takes me to Your Contacts instead of giving me a list of the trees I have access to. This means I have to go through pages of Contacts to get to the contact with the tree I want to look at. There seems to be a lot of problems with Genes at the moment. Christine |

Christine, If you go to your tree, at the top right hand corner there is a drop down list of your shared trees, click on the one you want and it will take you straight to it. Jennifer |

Yes Jennifer I know I can do it that way but I used to be able to click on shared trees and go to a list of other trees I have access to which was handy when checking information. Christine |

Eileen, Although I miss the old list of shared relatives, I do like the new system of being able to cross reference names in the tree without having to scroll all through the tree. It is so useful to be able to put in just a surname and bring up a list of all those with that particular name in that tree. Jennifer |
