I had the same problem on the weekend. Using control F5 made no difference ..... I couldn't see my tree and I only got an error message. On Monday, GR suggested I get the latest update of Macromedia Flash Player ..... which I already had but I reinstalled it. I also gave them my computer info. Today, I found that just before the error message, the top part of my tree page starts to appear and if I'm fast enough and click on 'old tree', I can view my old tree and the trees I share with others. Since I could view my tree (old and new) version last week, I still don't know what's causing the problem. Linda |

Thanks Helena. I have tried it many, many times, it just isn't working for me. I cannot see other people's trees either, but I can see it all on the Old Tree programme so they aren't all lost. Have just emailed support again. Fingers crossed! |

You need to hold Ctrl and F5 together, it took me a few goes before it cleared so keep trying Helena |

Hi Is anyone else still having trouble viewing their tree? I read the posts a few days ago where people couldn't open their tree, I tried the F5 fix, which didn't. I asked GR who told me to try the F5 and if it didn't work to give them the details of my system. I can see the old tree but nothing on the 'new' and now I hear there is a new 'new' AAARRGGHH!!!! |
