Still Can't See My Tree

I had the same problem on the weekend. Using control F5 made no difference ..... I couldn't see my tree and I only got an error message. On Monday, GR suggested I get the latest update of Macromedia Flash Player ..... which I already had but I reinstalled it. I also gave them my computer info. Today, I found that just before the error message, the top part of my tree page starts to appear and if I'm fast enough and click on 'old tree', I can view my old tree and the trees I share with others. Since I could view my tree (old and new) version last week, I still don't know what's causing the problem. Linda

Thanks Helena. I have tried it many, many times, it just isn't working for me. I cannot see other people's trees either, but I can see it all on the Old Tree programme so they aren't all lost. Have just emailed support again. Fingers crossed!

You need to hold Ctrl and F5 together, it took me a few goes before it cleared so keep trying Helena

Hi Is anyone else still having trouble viewing their tree? I read the posts a few days ago where people couldn't open their tree, I tried the F5 fix, which didn't. I asked GR who told me to try the F5 and if it didn't work to give them the details of my system. I can see the old tree but nothing on the 'new' and now I hear there is a new 'new' AAARRGGHH!!!!
