most of my research is in this area. and have managed to go back as far as samuel pawley who married dorothy matthews in1796. i have 3 children for them. but i can't seem to find anything before..ie samuel parents/brothers and sisters? can anyone give me any advice. many thanks in advance

Hi Marie The birth on the Familysearch site has been submitted by an LDS member, so not taken from the Parish Registers. Therefore, I would use it as a guide, but you really need to check it out with the Parish Registers. Jeanette x
