I have FTM 2005 so I hope they haven't change how you export. in FTM 2005 you would:- Open the tree in FTM go to FILE Then EXPORT FILE accross to ENTIRE FILE... Name the file and select a location to save the exported file, the under SAVE AS TYPE, drop down to GEDCOM then click SAVE. Your tree will now be exported and saved as a gedcom. (the original will stay where it is) On Genesreunited go to IMPORT / EXPORT TREE on the left hand side click the IMPORT GEDCOM button Click the BROWSE button locate you new gedcom thread click SAVE / OK Then import the file (instructions should be on screen) Lunar xx |

Bob, You could just be able to go to the folder that your tree is in single click the file and on the left hand side there should be a move to and copy to link, click the appropriate one and then just select the memory stick from the folder tree. |

Sue If you have any queries with FTM then click on 'help' then from the dropdown select 'online help centre'. You then select 'knowledge database' and can type any question to search the FTM help database, the answers have screenshots to show you what will appear and you can print the answers allowing you to follow them more easily as you go through any process.
