what has happened to the trees ...is it autumn?

my tree seems to have shed all its branches as well as leaves!! is anyone else having problems?? This site used to be so easy to use even for me now I cant access anything easily...........I hate to grumble cos this site has given me lots of contacts but either I am getting old or this is a plot to confuse me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! addled of Bloxham sandie |

Yes, sandra, i am having problesm too. It deleted my grandmothers sisters and her parents!! Maybe GR thought her birth was by divine intervention! |

yesterday I had to press Ctrl and F5 mant times before it cleared but it does work keep trying helena |

hi everytime i click on my tree the whole site shuts down the only way i can access my tree is to go onto shared trees click on someone elses tree then click on old tree and it takes it back to mine oh and by the way i have lost 600 relatives i have emailed gr but no reply love linda x |

Well I hope they fix it before spring..............trees might gain then and we will all be joined together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! must make sure I have updated my offline tree cos if this autumn fall doesnt stop I will have a nude tree!! sandie just tried again fingars crossed working again |

Sandra, No it's not just you - my whole tree has disappeared. Am currently waiting for GR to sort it out. I had someone elses details appear, and having used the ctrl F5 solution they disappeared, but my own tree didn't reappear. HOWEVER, what browser do you use ?. I have found that if I access GR using internet explorer I can see my tree, but if I use my ISP (AOL) I can't. You may want to try accessing using exlorer and see what happens. Nadine |

All I get is a white screen...... put names in and press search and nothing happens... So don't know what is happening on my tree.. Pat |

glad to say this afternoon was working okay.............feel I ought to whisper that though................mind you so many other things dont work as well as before on here............still its a very useful site I have made quite a few good contacts so grit my teth and keep researching good luck to all sandie |
