There are two possibilities: The member does not have a tree that includes anyone but himself/herself. You will only ever see one person, or GR features do not work properly. They have not worked properly since a makeover to the tree building features a month or so ago, and a further tweak yesterday seems to have created a whole new range of problems. Again there are two possibilities: GR programmers are incompetent, or GR programmers are actually jolly good, but forced my a money-grabbing proprietor to cut corners and adopt developmental and testing procedures that are bound to result in the bollocks that we pay to see. There is a third possibility, I suppose. The proprietor may be greedy AND the programmers may be no good. That unfortunate combination fits the evidence. I, for one, won't be renewing my membership in January, and I know that I am far from alone. |
