Why can't I see my tree?

Control and F5 has only partially fixed it, I can now see it but can't get into it |

Yes Ian Milnes name is on my screen too, I thought he was maybe one of my relatives husbands that I had added recently. I had also downloaded my tree this morning as a back-up so wondered if I had done something wrong. Hopefully it'll be sorted quickly.......I'm getting withdrawal symptoms Helena |

Yes, I am having this problem too, except I can only see the name of Ian Milnes who isn't even in my tree, and no one else at all. Hopefully someone is aware of this! Lynn |

I can't view my tree was OK this morning but now I'm just getting a split screen with my name and number of relatives but no tree. Anyone else having this problem? SOLUTION PRESS Control & F5 and if doesn't clear keep doning it till it does. Although my tree now looks different!! Helena |
