Hi, can anyone please help me to try to make out the name of place of birth on a image, I would have to email it to you as I got it off the ancestry american site, but I do not have access now (I saved the image) thanks marnie |

What terrible writing. The first looks like Pluto, PA (Pennsylvania?) And the other ... the same word seems to be written all over the page and it looks like the way an illiterate might spell Pennsylvania, if he were drunk too. Really not sure - I'd get a second opinion. You might well find someone on line from the States later on - it's a bit early yet - with local knowledge, who will recognise it right off. |
