That looks a bit better: marriage & death details all on one screen. Will it work, though? |

Good that all the info is now viewable on just one page. The full view is only taking 5 minutes to load and only generated 4 error messages - definite improvement there! (I am not being ironic). Will stick to immediate family view, I think! Incidentally, there is no go button on the shared trees in this new version but they do open OK once the contact's name is selected. They seem to open in the immediate family view (phew!) Am watching this new development with interest. It is a step in the right direction. |

Excellent. Can nip backwards and forwards between trees with no hassle. Looks like the tree is back in business! This improved new tree seems to be heaps better than the older one. |

Better than all those backwards steps GR took in the last few months! But, OC, you are right, the whole fiasco has been quite inexcusable for a paid service. I can see from other new threads that there are still major problems. Thankfully, my tree hasn't been replaced by the mysterious 'Ian Milne' tree and it is quite bizarre that other users are continuing to suffer such poor service and shoddy treatment of their hard-work. |
