They will be on the same page if they married each other. Try looking at the actual image, it may be a transcription error. You can view them for free via FreeBMD or this Ancestry link (take out brackets) http://www.ancestry(.)co(.)uk/search/rectype/vital/freebmd/bmd.aspx

They would usually have the same code, but it could just be a mistranscription. I'll have a look on Ancestry. Back shortly. UPDATE - The Jones image isn't very clear on Ancestry, but it does look like 692 with the Williams image being 691. Kath. x

Hi Tracy I'm trying to find the marriage of Richard Henry Jones & Maggie Williams. Maggie was born 1895 her oldest son was born 1922c. I have worked my way back from there. The earliest Maggie could of been married is 1916c. It has to be Carnarvan as she is on the census and I know her first three children where born there. Thanks Beverley

If you are looking for the marriage of Richard HENRY Jones, then I don't think the one you have found is correct, as there is no middle initial. Surely if Maggie was born 1895, then she could have married anytime from about 1911. (in theory she could have married any time from 1907 when she was 12 but I doubt that she did). Kath. x

Hi Kath Yes I know what you mean, but just searching the more likeley years as it is a bit like a needle in a haystack. I wasn't to concerned about the initial not being there because they don't always put there middle name on marriage certificates. Its just a bit frustrating following my welsh roots. Maggie was a Williams and married a Jones, my fathers is a Jones and I married a Williams. I will have to bar my children from marrying Jones's or Williams Thanks for your help

Have you got the birth cert of any of the children of the marriage? If not, I think you would be well advised to obtain one of them, to clarify the names of the parents. Reg
