Helen, didn't notice the dates you included for the GFHS. I need dates prior to 1813 so they won't be able to help. Some of my family are on IGI, as Jim suggested, but as you know they don't provide other details like occupation etc which would enable me to definitely link family memebers! I just need the parish registers in front of me, or in front of someone who will tell me what they say! Thanks anyway, all suggestions greatly appreciated. Carlabee. |

The Glos FHS offer Baptism search for a small fee. They have Chedworth 1813 - 1837. Full details are on their home page. Hope this helps Helen |

Please....does ANYONE living near Gloucester record office have time to spare to look at the parish register for CHEDWORTH for me???? I have a list of baptisms and marriages I need looking up, but it would probably only take some kind person about an hour. I live way down on the South coast and cannot get to Gloucester until at least next Spring. Can anyone take pity on me?? Please???? Carlabee |
