I have lost Thomas after 1865 but i know he didnot die as he was in his father's will wich was made in 1874. Are you sure it wasn't Thomas' son who was mentioned in the will?

That was my thought as well. By 1871 all the children had left home.

HI all, Thomas's wife was Mary Ann from Methwold she died in Birmingham in 1866 of TB she died at the home of there oldest child (Susan Williams) ne Kemp. Susan was present at the death it says so on the death certificate. Mary Ann was buried in a porpers grave wich seems odd as Thomas seemed to do well in Birmingham Prior to 1865. 1865 was the last time Thomas Appered in the birmingham Directory's. I have look for a death entry for Thomas But there is not one. I sent for Thomas's fathers will wich he made in 1874 it say's my son Thomas in the will. I have Checked the Children in later census's he was not with them so I don't know what to try next

Just as a by note.. my late brother was named in my great uncles will. My brother died in 1984, my great Uncle last year, he just hadn't altered his will.

There isn't a death for Thomas Spencer Kemp from 1866 up to 1901. So, either he didn't die, or he was registered without his middle name.

Hi Again , I do know the his son Thomas married in 1904 age 46 it do's say that his father had died on the marriage Certificate. If he died and was registerd as Thomas Kemp and not (Thomas spencer Kemp) How would i find the correct Thomas in a death entry as i don't know when or were he died?
