Christine Without listing the people twice you cannot do it on here. You can however do this on a family tree program on your home computer. You can export your gedcom from genes and import in to the program make the changes then export the new gedcom back to genes and the names will only be shown once. There are quite a few free programs you can download to do this. Sue |

Hi Christine, unfortunately this facility is not available on the GR tree. You will have to duplicate the entries twice in tree as new people. Tis a pain as Im finding more & more of relatives marrying especially when they all come from small communities in the villages. You can link relatives together on FTM but remember when file is uploaded to GR it will be duplicated. Hope that this of some help to you. |

If you mean in your tree on Genesreunited, you can't. You have to enter the person twice. Other way is to do it in a familytree program on your computer and then import the GEDCOM file to Genes. Sam x |

Hi Christine, I think I have read this query from other folks before and I feel that the answer was ' You can't on Genesreunited'. You could enter them as new people and make notes in the notes section. I may be wrong, hope someone can advise you. Best wishes, Joan with rellies called Radbourne. |
