Hi Trevor, Still trying to help but not much to suggest ,have you definitely ruled out the two John O'Donnells on the 1901 search here? I know they're not in the right location but people often moved long distance for work, my Irish relatives did so. |

Marriage Dec 1910 O'donnell John E Palmer Lily Staines 3a 36 He might not have been in England in 1901. O'Donnell is an Irish name, so he may have come over after. |

PM rec'd: Hello Sam All i knpow is John Edward O''Donnell born 1884/5 got that from his death certificate .Married 1910 Staines Middlesex wifes maiden name Lilly Palmer .They lived at Sunbury on thames Middlesex around the 1916 era as my dad was born there .They had two sons Edward who was my dad and a Walter O''donnell who was born in 1918 and died in 1931 killed in a road accident .My dad was born in 1916 died in 1995 .The daughters were called Winifred ,doris,nancy,annie and florence .John Edward died in 1941 lily died in 1945 .So if you can help any further please do as i am stuck Thanks Trevor Trevor, what was his father's name and occupation on the marriage cert? How old was he when he married? Sam x |

Can someone please help !!! been trying to find any info on a John Edward O'Donnell born 1884/5 .I can not find out where he was born looked in the 1901 census nothing .I have his marriage certificate ,i have his death cert but not where he was born any help please Trevor |
