I have death cert in 1841 and it did have age on it Jeanette

Hopefully not too silly!! I've found a relative who died in 1839. Will the Death Cert have his age on it? I know BMD doesn't record the age at death until a lot later, but the primary reason for obtaining the certificate is to find out his age with a view to searching church records at a future date. Thanks Richard
