Does anyone know if the service records are still coming to Ancestry and if so when? Marie

The WW1 draft registration forms are already on Ancestry. You need the Worldwide or US subscriptions though. I have access if you need a lookup.

Hi Tracy, Yes please, I dont know what info is on there. On the medal index he has two numbers. 1178 PTE B.A.Longhurst, 10th London Regiment, underneath that line it has 420448 PTE. Hope you can make sence of that. Many thanks Marie

Ah... all the registrations are American. I don't know if they're putting the UK ones on there.

It was supposed to be November that they were putting the WW1 records on Ancestry. I emailed them and asked them when they were putting them on and was it still going to be this month. They answered they couldn't tell me that. So hopefully soon. Regards Jill

You lucky People, If anyone can search for someone on my family tree who died in WW1 on Ancestry for me I would be very grateful. I have all the information about where when, name and where he is buried in Belguim and everything. Betty
