If you can't access it from Messenger, try going straight to the website. (msn*com or hotmale*com - use right spelling) Use the same login details and you should be able to clear the unread email. |

PS, Shirley I just re-read what you said and then understood lol. Sadly, that takes me to the newsletters page too :-(( |

thanks for the replies. I think Liz gets what I mean. The problem being, when the new screen comes up it isn't the usual one for email, it is newsletters. Interestingly, in the address bar at the top of the page it says: http://newsletters*msn*com/hm/maintenanceenuk. followed by loads of numbers and letters. I wonder if it means they are doing some sort of maintenance. It has been a couple of days since I haven't been able to get at this blasted email lol. |

Not quite sure what you mean, but, if you open MSN by logging in,then click on th red X box to reduce it to the icon on the bottom of your screen,Then single click the icon ,a box will come up and the second from the top is email inbox which single click and it will open your email box. Hope this is what you mean. Shirley |

every time I log into M S N Messenger it puts up a box saying I have got 1 email and on my messenger screen it says 1 email but when I click on it I get the newsletters and offers page, not my mail box. I don't often get emails in my msn, any advice on how to access please? thanks Rose |
