I was half hoping that William Mole confessed to his children after his wife's death that he was really called Tunn. It seems to be around this time that their names changed. But all the records seem to show he really was a Mole....... Why the name change???????? AAARRRGGGHHHHHH!!!!

I can't find them in 1881 though lol Edward and Mary were born in Penshaw, which comes under Houghton. William and Jane were born in Thornley, which comes under Easington. Elizabeth and George were born in Monkwearmouth, which comes under Sunderland. I guess they moved about a bit lol
