I vaguely recall a photo of him in uniform but as far as i recall when I looked at it, it showed no distinctive marks, just desert fatiuges( sp?) will have to dig it out again and re check, if i have it and not Nan. Member Since: May 2003 Posts: 4,325 Send Message	Is it possible for me to access my Grandads WW2 service records? Nan is still alive and would give her permission. I know he was in the army, and served some time in Burma but thats all I know. I don't know which unit he was in or his service number. He didn't like to ta;lk about this time of his life. So will it be like searching for a needle in a haystack?
