My Tree Matches

Does anyone else have a problem with viewing on 'My Tree Matches'. The system tells me that for example I have 10 matches on a particular name but when I try to view these matches there maybe only 5 shown - I may be missing some vital connections by not be able to see the others! GR say they are looking into this but haven't been able to solve it yet. Sue

I have e-mailed GR and to my surprise I had a reply to say that they would look into it. I have heard nothing since but the problem is getting better, now there are only a few missing each time! Sue

There appears to be a bug in the way the No of names is calculated on the front index screen. Most of my names are ok but a few show too many. I don't understand Beryls comment. You can search by name date and place This part hasn't really changed. In some ways the search facilities are far more flexible. You can start off looking at names added recently, then sort them in different orders to help find what you want. If you scroll down to the bottom of the screen, you can then change the search options, and widen or narrow the search. Much better.
