I contacted one of my hot matches and I gave her some information on my family. It turns out we are related and I received a pm, they have given me permission to view their tree. I don't know how to do this, can you advise please!! Betty |

Go to My Contact / Shared Trees, and click on the green tree next to her name. |

Hi Jess, Yes I contacted them in the Hot Matches and she said that we are connected and I can view her tree and take any information I don't already have on the family. I can't find the tree at all, maybe have to contact her again. Betty |

Hi Betty Is she shown in My Contacts under her maiden name? Check for someone with the same first name with the tree against her name. Keith |

Another way to do it is to go to your tree, click on the drop down box called 'shared trees' (top right hand of page) and click on any name you do not recognise! Usually quicker than wading through pages and pages of contact names, clicking on their green trees etc. OC |
