Just wanted to share this---------a few months ago i ordered 3 certs from GRO, they came on time with an extra cert which wasn't mine,and i thought 'someone will be waiting for this!' so i returned it with a note to say it wasn't mine and they had sent it by mistake, a week later i received a lovely letter back thanking me for returning it and for being so considerate,they also sent me a postage stamp to reimburse the postage,i thought that was really nice of them,so in future if i order certs and they are a bit late i wont complain cos they seem very nice people there.
