I am a monthly member of Ancestry (Australia site) and today they have debited my credit card for $23.95 (au) when the subsciption price is $19.95 (au) per mth. This price is still advertised on the site. I have rang them and they have no explanation for why it happened, but they did offer me a refund. I also did not recieve a email confirming the payment either. Check your bank statement when your subscription is due! |

The same as Jean I recently had US added to my payments but one phone call and it was sorted. I have to say the man was very nice too. |
