i did keep worldpay email but msn server to busy at the moment so cant retrieve it aggghhh was on the phone for 10 mins she said if its five days over the exspected due date they would redue it, i just cant get into my emails now. karen thanks for your replies

Did you keep the email that you get from Worldpay confirming your payment? That has details of your order on it. Kath. x

Karen, If you go to deleted emails in your mail box you will probably have the info there. Having said that there is a ten day wait so it will probably come in the next day or two. Rod

can some one tell who i need to call as my cert was due to arrive the 6th nov but the moneys been taken and i think i should have got it by know but i cant remember the ref no ,so will they know what i am on about. karen
