Viewing marriage records

Hi I'm having difficulty viewing marriage records for the following quarters. Q3 1937 Q4 1937 Q1 1938 Q4 1939 Q1 1940 Can anyone advise if there is a problem with the registers for these dates? I am looking for Arthur Millichamp and believe he may have married between 1937 and 1939. I've checked all the quarters around these dates but cannot view the above as I just get a blank screen. Any advice as as why I can't view the records would be appreciated. I've been searching on Ancestry.co.uk Sue |

Don't know why you can't view the images - they are there. There is an Arthur W. Millichamp in the 4th qtr. of 1939. I'll just get the details. Kath. x |

My grandmother's first name is Sylvia but I don't have her surname so I think the one you've found isn't the one I'm looking for. I really appreciate you looking though. Sue x |

Only child is my father Matthew David Millichamp born 24 August 1940. But I'm struggling to find his birth record as well. Sue |

Hi - Thanks for info - it appears to be my father but I'll apply for the cert to make sure. Still can't find my grandfather's marriage to my grandmother even with her maiden name but I'll keep trying. Thanks very much for the help. Sue |

Hi, well you dads birth cert will tell you his mums name including her maiden name that appears to be May from the gro ref for him |
