Joanna that was not uncommon in those days, I have one family who had all 5 children christened on the same day, maybe it was cheaper to have them done in a job lot. Georgina. |

Without the benefit of a time machine, one can only surmise. Perhaps the parents couldn't afford to have the first one baptised when he/she was born. Reg |

2 of my ancesters were born 4 years apart 1899 & 1895 but were both baptised on the same day in 1901.? Any ideas why? |
