For any of you that might have rellies in there in 1871, I suggest you go the long way round and look through it page by page yourself rather than doing a search. I have been through looking for some rellies of mine and noticed that some of the entries are as follows: Brooks Joseph Mary his wife Ben his child And so on - so doing a search for Mary Brooks wouldn't find Mary Brooks in the workhouse. Just thought I'd share that in case it helps anyone. |
