can someone find a matthew pawley born abt 1821 living with eliza pawley in the liverpool area. they were born in thurnby leicestershire eliza is 10yrs older i have the 1881 and the 1901.. if any one could find them on the 1871, 1861,1851.. i would be greatful many thanks

is there a reason why the estimated births are all over the place...but the names do match... on the 1891 report can you tell me how the last person was related to the household.. elizabeth jones seems to be a step daughter...how can i find her birth/ father??

Eva M. Walton is a boarder with the family. It says Elizabeth Jones is a daughter, not step-daughter. On the 1881 census she is married to William Jones and Matthew is living with them and described as William Jones's father-in-law, so Elizabeth must have been Elizabeth Pawley before marriage. (unless I am getting confused).
