I have been searching for ages for them, but I can't find my GGrandfathers family anywhere. They were all born between 1879 and 1898 (there may have been others after, but I don't know). I have found two of the children born 1887 and 1890. They were bapised 2 years after they were born. I have search this church up to 1911, but nothing. I have also search others in the local area. Can anyone suggest where I might be able to find them, or why they're not there? (there are 7 missing children and I can't afford their birth certs)

What area are we looking in. If it is somewhere covered by ukbmd they have added mother's maiden name to births. I have also found a couple of mine on a school's admission register but that is just luck whether it has survived.

Well, there's Haigh, Siddle and Crawshaw (all same mother lol) I have the Birth references for all of them. They're from Liversedge in Yorkshire.

Perhaps they were never baptised? I have the same problem with some of mine, I have found one out of eight baptisms, searched all churches in the area for the others and there is no sign. Sam x
