I just want to say well done to Documentsonline. I downloaded a Will on the 14th October, when I opened it, it was almost unreadable, the background was dark grey, and the writing merged into it, it also had a lot of black 'bitty' dots all over it. I sent an email with my order number etc, saying that it was so bad I couldn't make it out. They emailed me back within an hour, apologising, asking me to bear with them as it is so bad they will have to re-film and re-scan. they will send it back to me within 25 working days. This morning I got a new copy of the will, and an email apologising for my inconveniance, and thanking me for my patience. The new Will has a pristine white background, and jet black writing, and so easy to read. . Sandra |
