If you have Ancestry subscription there is a family tree on there.

Edwin apparently died in Australia in 1969

Emily Philadelphia married Amos Waters 25 November 1877

thank you patricia this is going to give me alot to think about i wonder why some of them changed the surname and not others there was a rumer that grandmother ran off with the gardener ? and it seems that the surname was changed in uk before they went , and she is down as a widow in 1912 and my grandfather didn`t die until 1930, hope i have the right cert i know they had parted but not when, perhaps it had something to do with him chasing her round the kitchen table with a carving knife !!!!!!!! my aunt told me this thanks again stella

my waters/cole family were mother emily philadelphia ann (my grandmother), children ivy grace, holly margery ,arthur albert ,edwin alfred george i`m not sure if there were any other`s but i think emily harriet ann could have been there or she went with them as she stayed there.i`m afraid i haven`t got any dates possibly 1911 going coming back 1918/1919 ? stella

can i find out when some of my family went to australia at kew and also their surname had been changed when they were out there i don`t know if that was done here or there legally or not i`m not sure of dates but i know they were in australia when the spanish flu was there as my mother had it i have a photo of them all wearing masks 1918/1919 ? the surname was Waters but it was Cole when they were in Australia
