I don't know how many I've got - & to be honest I don't Care!! Well, not unless they sort out including 'where born' I used to go through them all religously every time they notified me - now, I have better ways to spend my time lol Elly OK, JUST LOOKED! GOT 29 PAGES....... |

I see what you mean now Willow. I don't think we can actually remove that. If that's possible, then I don't know how, sorry. |

Yeah but that just turns the email notifications off, the hot matches are still there if you click on the tab. |

Hi Willow, That is the only place I know of switching off hot matches in email preferences under account details. Surely switching off and unticking box is the same thing to notifiy GR you no longer wish to receive hot matches. Liesele |

Hi How do you turn them off then? I know you can uncheck the box to be notified about them. |

I switched them off months ago....I think they are a complete waste of time ( of mine, anyway). But I still hear from people who have been alerted to names in my tree through 'hot matches'.........so the info must still be there. Reg |

I am seriously considering switching off Hot Matches as I no longer use this facility and find it a waste of time. A question before doing so, will rellies and ancestors on my tree still appear on other members' hot matches list?. Thanks in advance. Liesele |
