	i have just had alady send forms for me to download for LDS im sending of for parish records it cost 4 dollars for two copies here is the address if you want it photoduplication family and church history department 50 e north temple st rm599 salt lake city ut 84150-3400 joycex

Member Since: April 2006 Posts: 5,644 Send Message	Hi Angela, have never ordered one myself, but I believe that you have to go to a LDS FHC to order and view the records. Depending on the records ordered, it should be copies of the parish registers etc, so info as per those should be available. If you ring the nearest center to you, i'm sure thay will assist you.
