The two villages are only about 10 miles apart. Do the facts fit with the usual convention of a bride marrying in her home parish? |

Yes, it's on the A57 about 35 miles NE of Nottingham, nowhere near Carlton. |

I think its been mistranscribed and should read Carlton (tho i might be wrong) but has anyone ever heard of Darlton Nottingham? Many thanks Angie xxx |
