In that case, I would imagine she was already living with husband to be, and just gave her mother's address to save face. OC |

it says she was 36 and i know she had a child by some one else but was never married to the childs dad(very complicated) bacardi xx |

Bacardi People sometimes lied on their marriage certs, shock horror! Of course, if she was under 21, then she would not appear on the Electoral Roll anyway. You only had to live somewhere for three weeks, for it to qualify as your address on a marriage cert - my first marriage cert bears the address of my husband to be, because we wanted to marry in that district - but I certainly didn't live there. OC |

Maybe the person on the marriage cert was only staying at that address for the wedding and moved soon after? Sam x |

had electol roll done for 1951 for an address that was on a marriage cert i have,the kind lady who done the electol roll also looked in 1952 aswell,but the person on the marriage cert isnt mentioned at the address she put on the cert,it looks like her mum is living there and im not sure who the other person is at the house hold but has same surname as her mum bacardi xxxx |
