Hey, Thanks everyone for help. The problem I had was when I clicked on 'View' nothing happened. So I right-clicked on 'view' and went to Open page in another window, but it came up with 'Page cannot be displayed' No idea. :-p

that could be it... I received an email about having to reset your your log in... let me recheck it... This is what it says: 'Due to the rebranding of the website, your automatic login will need to be reactivated by logging in again manually with your username and password' if you usually have it selected on auto log in, that could well be the problem.

1837 has changed it's name to Findmypast.com That's not why you're having trouble is it? Cheers, Horatia
