I'm currently stuck with an ancestor born in 1795. I cannot get any further past him. I have his marriage in 1820 but as it's before 1837 I really dont know where to go next in getting past him. Any hints would be appreciated! Sarah |

Parish registers is the next bit. Find out where they are deposited and either visit or call the record office. The LDS site might be of help too although it pays to verify what you find on there. Pauline |

Hi Pauline, Thanks for the reply. I've been looking on IGI and can only find the marriage, no birth or anything and when I click on his name it doesnt give me any more info so as you can see I'm a bit stuck!!! |
