Could someone help we please. I have not been on here for a while, been away. I used to be able to go to my relations, click and get a list up, I could then click on each name and see who they were married to ect ect. Now that has gone and I can't seem to work it out the new way. I can get a relation but it seems to go all round the houses, what am I doing wrong. If you can help, could you tell me step by step as I am not the brightest spark in the fire. Thnks Diane.

Hi All Just wanted to share the email that I have just sent GR - If any of you feel the same perhaps you will join me in emailing them. What is going on on this site - I have been a member since the very beginning. I am not one to swear but can only say that the way it is going is CRAP - it is impossible to view anyone elses tree - used to be easy. If you go to view shared trees you get all contacts that is not the same thing. I have always enthused about the site - recommended it to everyone who is remotely interested in family history but am on the point of giving up all together with it - you will loose all the support you have if it goes on like this. Why change something - which it is obvious by the number of people who use it - has been a great success. PLEASE PLEASE sort it out - look at the message boards - read how people - your customers - are feeling.

I agree with you all. I have become so disheartened lately. I have virtually given up. Such as shame as I used to recommend this site to lots of people but wont be now. It is so hard to use. I can't find my contacts as before I just get a huge list of people without dates or surnames. What on earth is going on? Pam.

I've just nudged up the thread on the General board about this. It has 324 sigs already. The thread's title is: PLEASE ADD IF YOU WANT THE OLD SYSTEM BACK !!

Just to let you all see the 'expected' reply that I got from GR:- Thank you for taking the time to write to us and express your opinion. Our team have worked very hard redesigning the site. We also put the test version on the site of the tree builder for quite a while for members to try it out and send in their feedback. However, I assure you that your comments have been recorded and will be passed on to our development team to take into account as we continually develop the Genes Reunited website.
