AND when I saved the original file from BK as gedcom I ticked that no person under a certain age be included, yet now I find all the younger generations have come over! What can I do?

I imported a Brothers Keeper gedcom to GR. Unfortunately many of the mothers came through as second spouses instead of correct mothers. How do I get them back into their mother position?
