You can Google the Centre for Kentish Studies which is the main arm of the Kent Archives and is at County Hall, Maidstone. You will need to book a time for research. On the other hand you can go to the East Kent Archives Centre which covers Dover through to Margate and that is at Whitfield, Dover. http://www.kent.gov.uk/leisure-and-culture/archives-and-local-history/archive-centres/east-kent-archives-centre.htm Note the limited opening days at Dover. |
