Hello All! I have checked with my husband and he says that it is all up to date. Although the inconsistency of having been able to view the trees albeit slowly last week and now not at all suggests a different problem I think. I think I need some patience, anyone got any going spare?! Thanks Abigail |

Hi There had the same problem my self and could not view my tree either for over a week, then tried logging on to genes through 'Internet explorer'and it works fine now. (was using 'opera') Still dont like the new version, but at least I can view my tree and shared trees no problem now, still takes to much time to do anything else. Definately want the old version back. Hope this tip is of use carol |

I'm not baffled - it just doesn't work and should never have been launched. I'm another member who won't be renewing .... |

I'm able to access my tree using the new tree viewer much quicker than previously BUT random marriage details have dropped out of the marriage place and date spaces. Funny thing is they are still exactly as I entered them when I check the older tree. So why is the information not displaying, when it is there and why is this fault not consistent across my tree? I am totally baffled. |

Just tried an it takes about three seconds after clicking someones little green tree in My Contacts to come up. If you are having Flash Player problems then go and download the latest version. Just Google for it or try http://www.download.com/ This site, in conjunction with many others wont work properly without Flash Player installed and working. |

Is anyone else able to get into shared trees from new tree system? Whatever tree I try to get to the Tree Viewer Progress just won't get beyond the first stage. Takes a long time with the little circle going round until it finally switches to a page error in the bottom left hand corner of the screen instead of saying Done and producing the tree. This is really annoying as I can't find the connections on the new trees I want to look at if I use the old system. I had problems a few days ago - the system kept flashing me a warning about the macro media player making my computer unresponsive. I have sent an email to GR but there has not been a response yet. Does anyone know what other tricks there are to make it work? Many thanks Abigail |
