Can anyone help me with this? I have a rellie turned up in Stoke on trent in the 1871 census as a Charter master, previously he was a miner, Anyone have any ideas? Many thanks Julia

Hi Chartmaster Negotiated mining contracts and supplied the labour bookmark this site, remove brackets http://rmhh(.)co(.)uk/occup/c(.)html its great for old occupations
