I have been entering my surnames in 'upper case',, as it is easier for me to see them ( as I am visually ompaired / blind ). I save the data, but when I come back ( after signing out ), to enter more data, all the surnames, are in lower case. It is very frustrating, to say the least !!!!! Can anyone, please enlighten me ?

Hi Trudy I cannot help in saving names in uppercase. I don't know if you realise that by holding down the control button on your keyboard and scrolling your mouse button, you can enlarge the print on screen. regards Tricia

Hi Tricia, Just checking....hold down CTRL button, scroll mouse button........is this correct ? as nothing happens. My text view, is set at the largest possible, would this make a difference, to the instructions ?

Trudy - if your text size is set for the largest, then it won't get any larger by using the control key & scrolling. Sorry. Jacquie

Hi Trudy Perhaps you should contact GR and ask them if there is any way you can keep 'upper case' good luck Tricia
