Ordered 2 certs at 4.30 - despatch date 3 November, Ordered another at 5.15, despatch date 7 November. Ann Glos |

Hi Ann, the first 2 were ordered before 5pm. After 5pm another day is added and also its the weekend, so you loose 2 days. Hope that makes sense. Sue |
