Hi everyone, Just hoping that someone could tell me if it is possible to search the transcripts for a case that went to the High Courts back in c.1949? I have just read through my late family members papers and have discovered that one side of his family took the other to court and the only details that are mentioned are 1949 and the High Court. Any advice will be appreciated.....Janine |
