I've found quite a number of William Cross's born 1889 in various parts of the county on the 'Search for your Relatives'. I want to check whether or not they can be matched with my William Cross. How do I send a multi reply to these people without having to type out the reply over and over again. From the 'original thickie' Pat

I use the copy and past techique - so at least you only type it once
