Sometime ago a kind person on this site gave me a shipping record they found on Ancestry for a Walter Rigby arrival date July 21 1881 New York on S>S> Wisconsin Walter was aged 21,estimated year of birth 1860 What I am wanting to find out where Walter boarded this ship and what nationality was he.
